Rates
Rates are based on a 3 month stay for the 1-bedroom apartments
and 6 months stay for the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.

Conditions
| Payment | Bimonthly rent to be paid in advance. |
| Deposit | Two months deposit required on confirmation, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. |
| Final cleaning cost | From CHF 500.- to CHF 1’000.- depending on the size of the apartment, at the return of the apartment. |
| Cancellation policy | One month's rent as penalty, from the confirmation of the contract. |
| Arrival & Departure date | From the 1st of the month until the last day of the last month agreed on the contract. |
| Pets | No pets allowed. |
